Role RequirementsThe successful candidate will have extensive experience in the high-end residential construction sector, with a proven track record of delivering complex and challenging projects. They will be responsible for spearheading the delivery of the project, and will be the first point of contact for the client. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Leading the project team and ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Developing and implementing project plans and schedules, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of the project timeline and milestones
- Coordinating and managing the work of subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring that all work is completed to the required quality standards
- Managing and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other key stakeholders
- Ensuring that all health and safety protocols are followed, and that the project is delivered in a safe and responsible manner
