IT Director

1. Oversee and manage IT systems and infrastructure for the UK IT estate, ensuring seamless operations and efficient performance.
2. Develop and implement IT strategies, budget planning, asset management, security protocols, and licensing policies to drive business growth.
3. Lead major IT infrastructure upgrade and deployment projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes.
4. Direct a team of 5 IT staff, providing one-on-one performance reviews and appraisals to foster professional development.
5. Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party service providers, guaranteeing optimal service delivery.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in IT leadership or senior management roles, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in MS Dynamics/ERP systems, with a strong understanding of their application in industrial settings.

What We Offer:
A highly competitive salary of £75,000-85,000 per annum, plus a 5% bonus, car allowance (£5,500-£7,000), healthcare coverage, pension plan, and 25 days of annual leave (including bank holidays). Work remotely from home two days a week, fostering a healthy work-life balance.
