Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team at Stafforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality welding tasks, ensuring compliance with ASME IX standards, and working on ferrous and non-ferrous materials.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform MIG welding tasks on various materials, including ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
  2. Ensure all welding work meets ASME IX standards and regulations.
  3. Conduct regular checks on the chamber environment before welding, including vacuum chamber welding if necessary.
  4. Assess excavation sites and prepare the area for welding, involving manual dressing as required.
  5. Weld components in accordance with relevant WPS documentation.
  6. Perform visual inspections of welds with other welders (post-training).
  7. Participate in casting upgrade activities as needed.
