Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team at Stafforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality welding tasks, ensuring compliance with ASME IX standards, and working on ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
Key Responsibilities- Perform MIG welding tasks on various materials, including ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
- Ensure all welding work meets ASME IX standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular checks on the chamber environment before welding, including vacuum chamber welding if necessary.
- Assess excavation sites and prepare the area for welding, involving manual dressing as required.
- Weld components in accordance with relevant WPS documentation.
- Perform visual inspections of welds with other welders (post-training).
- Participate in casting upgrade activities as needed.
- Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4pm working hours.
