We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Manager to join our team at Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) in Birmingham. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the management of artwork production for various collateral from brief through to print.

Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong production manager to make a significant impact, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality artwork assets. You will work closely with the account team and other stakeholders to develop and implement production processes that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-qualification of customer briefs, asset collation, production planning, and briefing
  • Review, approval, and dispatch of artwork assets, adhering to quality control processes
  • Primary responsibility for the accurate production and timely delivery of artwork assets
  • Management of resources, including resource allocation, planning, and monitoring
  • Process improvement and capability development, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

As a Senior Production Manager, you will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities will be essential in this role.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Customer-centric approach, delivering exceptional service while meeting business objectives
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Experience in artwork production roles, with knowledge of relevant software tools and processes
  • Understanding of print processes, materials, and methods, as well as colour and print quality management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Resilience and ability to remain calm under pressure, with a flexible approach to work
