Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Quality Auditor in Food Production to join our team. In this role, you will assist in food sample analysis, perform administrative and technical tasks, and develop skills through full training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct raw material intake checks, verify certificates, and maintain sampling records.
  • Perform product analysis, salt and moisture testing, and collect allergen and micro samples.
  • Input data, record results, and facilitate product sampling for external laboratory testing and taste panels.
  • Support shift inspections, assist with internal audits, GMP, and hygiene audits.
  • Ensure quality consciousness and effective communication between quality and other departments.

This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to maintaining the highest quality standards in our food production process. Estimated salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum.
