About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Integration Engineer to join our team at CereCore. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing technical and systems engineering capability to support both project and operational demand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Systems Integration and Build: Plan, implement, and control activities to synthesize system components to create operational systems, products, or services.
  • Application Support: Deliver management, technical, and administrative services to support and maintain live applications.
  • Technical Design and Development: Provide high-level and low-level technical designs and options, develop, test, and support clinical and non-clinical messaging and integration.
  • Integration Application Servers: Install and support integration application servers, related software products, and operating system customization where applicable.
  • Operational Systems Support: Provide on-call support, troubleshooting, assistance, and advice in recovery from failures of supported systems.
  • Service and Performance Maintenance: Enhance and develop operational systems, including service and performance maintenance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage technical and non-technical stakeholders with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Technical Experience: Demonstrable technical experience in a similar position developing, upgrading, implementing, and supporting integrations.
  • Industry Experience: Experience working in a similar industry or with similar healthcare applications.
  • Integration Experience: In-depth experience designing and implementing medium to large application integration solutions (EAI).
  • HL7 Messages: Experience with HL7 messages.
  • Detail-Oriented: Detail-oriented approach to reviewing documentation, process maps, and requirements.
  • Agile Environment: Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced agile team environment.
  • Self-Starter: A self-starter with a passion for learning and development.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Electronic Health Record Experience: Previous experience in Electronic Health Record implementation projects in a business analyst, technological build, or operational capacity.
  • Front-Facing Stakeholder Management: Front-facing stakeholder management skills and exposure to Project Agile environments.
  • SOA Experience: Experience working with Services Oriented Architecture (SOA).
  • Databases: Knowledge of Databases (Oracle, DB2, or SQL Server).
  • Operating Systems: Previous experience working with Operating Systems (Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Windows Server, VMware).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
  • Healthcare Regulations: Familiarity with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices related to electronic health record systems.
