As a key member of our Corporate Account Fleet Management Function, you will be responsible for supporting the Contract Support Manager in the management of the Corporate Account / Call Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Contract Support Manager in the management of the Corporate Account / Call Centre to ensure the smooth running of the facility.
  • Receive and handle customer service and breakdown calls to a high professional standard.
  • Input jobs received from the customer into the Service Geeni system and prioritize and assign to an engineer/contractor.
  • Liaise with engineer/contractors regarding parts required and order said parts where necessary.
  • Provide written and verbal customer updates for prolonged repairs and outstanding jobs.
  • Monitor the accuracy of job information including parts, labour and engineers notes on the Service Geeni and associated system updates where relevant.
  • Ensure daily monitoring of VORs, Servicing & Work In progress to maintain compliance with contract KPI's.
  • Ensure Contractual compliance KPI's are being met through effective management of the Thorough Inspection provider and other relevant sub-contractors.
  • Ensure the highest level of accuracy with all administration tasks, other information & documents provided to Corporate Account Customers.
  • Ensure all fleet management & equipment records are kept up to date via the Service Geeni system.
  • Support Combilift Corporate Account management team where required with fleet management data and other administration tasks as appropriate.
  • Ensure all customer feedback is documented.
  • Visit the Combilift factory/HQ as required.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Highly competitive compensation package in line with experience and skill set.
  • Contributory UK pension scheme.
