Senior Financial Professional with ACCA or CIMA Qualification

The Association of International Certified Professional Accountants is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in our core accounting function, utilizing your technical accounting skills to prepare statutory accounts under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and manage the management accounting process.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly management accounts for the group, providing insightful explanations of material deviations from plans, forecasts, and historical trends.
- Consolidated Financial Statements: Prepare consolidated Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Working Capital, and cash flow reports, including commentary and relevant comparatives.
- Revenue Reconciliation: Liaise closely with the sales team to reconcile, report, and forecast revenue streams and gross margin.
- Financial Presentations: Deliver monthly financial reports to key budget holders, presented in a clear and concise manner to facilitate decision-making and verification.
- Process Improvement: Review and enhance accounting processes and procedures to ensure the most efficient use of available systems.
- Professional Qualification: Actively studying for an ACCA or CIMA qualification or Qualified By Experience.
- Industry Experience: Extensive experience from the Group Finance function of a blue-chip business.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Previous experience in a fast-moving environment.
- Data Analysis: Analysis of large volumes of data.
