Procurement Graduate Role

BAE Systems offers a range of flexible working arrangements, including hybrid models. As a Graduate on our programme, you will be expected to attend your site 2-3 days per week.

Our dynamic Indirect Procurement Services (IPS) team is at the forefront of a transformation and growth phase. As part of our team, you will engage in impactful work that drives our global procurement strategies forward.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to explore a wide array of projects across different sectors and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with stakeholders across all business units to develop and deliver our global procurement strategies.
  • Perform elements of operational procurement, including requisition and invoice approval.
  • Be involved at all stages of project lifecycles, including stakeholder and demand management, sourcing, and contract negotiation.

You will need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Construction, Quantity Surveying, or Technology.
