About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Postal Delivery Worker to join our team in Cardiff North. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to our local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort and gather mail at the local delivery office
  • Collect and deliver mail and parcels to customers
  • Use a hand-held computer device to track and manage your route
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet delivery targets
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or delivery role is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Relatively fit and healthy, with a strong sense of community
  • Smartly presented and professional in demeanor
  • Full UK manual driving licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points
