Job Title: Health and Safety Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Professional to join our team at Anderselite. As a key member of our infrastructure project team, you will be responsible for providing functional Health, Safety and Wellbeing advice, guidance and coaching to operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on contract/project compliance with statutory provisions
• Advise the contract/project team on competency requirements
• Advise the contract/project team on the production, implementation and review of HSW plans
• Ensure risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are prepared and reviewed as necessary
• Escalate significant and potentially significant incidents to HSW manager and contract/project lead immediately
• Undertake incident investigations in line with the incident investigation procedure
• Maintain the incident management database
• Ensure monthly HSW reports are completed and submitted accurately and on time

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
