Payroll Administrator

Randox Laboratories is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of our payroll department.
Key Responsibilities:- Record absences as notified by HR
- Record and provide starter and leaver details to Payroll Officers/Managers
- Liaise with HR to seek full and complete information for processing through payroll
- Assist with the administration of the TMS attendance records
- Liaise with Managers and Staff to resolve anomalies
- Administration of the group email inboxes
- Collate staff absence forms for processing
- Obtain medical certificates and admission notes from HR
- Provide assistance with phone calls and queries from Staff
- GCSE level or equivalent standard of education
- A high level of accuracy
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Desirable: Knowledge/understanding of the operations of a Payroll Team
