Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Housing Management & ASB Lawyer to join our client's team in the West Midlands on a locum basis for 6-12 months.

The successful candidate will have experience with managing a mixed caseload of ASB and housing management, including handling succession, possessions, and introductory tenancies. They will also conduct their own advocacy, attend Court in the West Midlands, and support the City Solicitor and Legal team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Managing a mixed caseload of ASB and housing management cases.
  2. Conducting own advocacy and attending Court in the West Midlands.
  3. Supporting the City Solicitor and Legal team with legal casework.

Requirements

  • Recent experience as a Housing Management & ASB Lawyer.
  • Strong knowledge of Housing Management & ASB law.

Working Arrangements

  • 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
