Take your career to the next level as the TPA Department Head at Hymans Robertson. With a competitive salary of £75,000 - £90,000 per annum, you will be responsible for leading our dynamic administration team.

This is a key role in providing market-leading services on Defined Benefits (DB), Defined Contribution (DC) and CARE pension arrangements. You will provide high-quality leadership to a team delivering Data Journey projects, including de-risking activities, data analysis, benefit rectification, GMPe calculations and associated data cleanse activity.

About the Role:
  • Provide leadership to a team delivering Data Journey projects, ensuring timely completion and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, trustees and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development and implementation of departmental strategies, aligning with business objectives and industry trends.
  2. Mentor and coach team members, promoting professional growth and development.
  3. Oversee the management of multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery and meeting customer needs.
  4. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
  5. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  6. Liaise with vendors, suppliers and external partners, negotiating agreements and resolving disputes.
  7. Monitor and report performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
