Senior Game Designer

As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for crafting innovative feature, gameplay, and system designs that exceed expectations. You'll work closely with other teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. We're looking for someone who is passionate about gaming and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed feature and system designs that meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Maintain and iterate on designs based on feedback and changing production needs.
  • Utilize in-engine tools to create engaging gameplay examples and concepts.
  • Mentor junior designers and set an example of excellence in design.
  • Establish strong communication lines with implementation teams to ensure successful feature and system delivery.
Requirements:
  • Commercial experience in design roles, preferably on AAA console or PC titles.
  • High level of experience in creating feature and systems design documentation and prototype specifications.
  • Deep understanding of the current games market and a genuine passion for gaming.
  • Effective and comfortable communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Desirable:
  • Experience with Unreal Engine.
  • Experience mentoring other designers.
  • Experience working on current generation consoles.
