About the Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Service Team Coordinator to join our team at Janire Business Solutions. Based in Hamilton Depot, this role will be instrumental in supporting our Field Service department in delivering exceptional customer service and effectively managing workloads for Field Service Engineers.


This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our service team. You will be responsible for coordinating with Field Service Engineers, allocating workloads, and streamlining processes to enhance efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Field Service Engineers to ensure seamless delivery of customer service
  • Allocate workloads efficiently to maximize productivity
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. Experience in a similar role or a background in operations management would be advantageous.


What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits that include health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
