We are seeking an experienced Civils Estimator to join our team at PW Construction Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in estimating and tendering for Groundworks and Civil Engineering projects, primarily in Housing/Commercial and Industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities

* Manage all aspects of estimating and tendering for Groundworks and Civil Engineering projects
* Oversee projects from tender stage to completion and final accounts
* Develop estimates at a level of detail appropriate to the size and complexity of the project
* Identify potential cost risks
* Source supplier and sub-contractor quotations
* Liaise and maintain a good working relationship with Clients, Surveyors, Project Managers, and attend pre-contract meetings when needed
Requirements

* Proven experience as a Civils Estimating role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a small team environment
* Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
