About the Job

We are looking for a talented Chief Financial Officer to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's finances and providing strategic guidance to support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead and mentor a small finance team, promoting a culture of efficiency and development.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to analyse performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Requirements
  • A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong hands-on experience. Will also consider QBE
  • A track record of success in fast-paced environments, ideally within retail or e-commerce.
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on driving change and adding value.
  • Experience in SMEs, with the ability to manage diverse responsibilities.

The successful candidate will have a salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus 25 days paid holiday + bank holidays and hybrid working.
