Job Title: Registered Care Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Manager to join our team. As a Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of our care services, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership and management of our care services, ensuring that they are delivered in accordance with our company values and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the needs of our clients, ensuring that they receive the best possible care and support.
  • Manage and supervise a team of care professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care.
  • Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met, including compliance with health and safety, data protection, and other relevant regulations.
  • Work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement strategies that improve the quality of our care services and enhance our reputation in the industry.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's experience as a Registered Care Manager, preferably 2 years.
  • Current qualifications relevant to health and social care, including a Level 5 qualification.
  • Experience of working with local authorities, families, and other stakeholders to deliver care services.
  • Proven ability to manage and supervise a team of care professionals, including coaching, mentoring, and development.
  • Full UK driving license.
