**Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meetings and events, including booking rooms and arranging logistics;

  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and files, ensuring confidentiality and data protection;
  • Assist in the preparation of invoices, expense claims, and other financial matters;

**Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment;
