About The Role

We are seeking experienced social workers to join our locality teams, working with children and families in a restorative practice approach. You will be responsible for robust assessment, outcome-focused planning and effective intervention to support children and young people in achieving positive outcomes within their families and communities.

You will work in partnership with families and multi-agency colleagues, intervening to address both presenting concerns and underlying difficulties. You will be a good team player, with excellent communication, organisation and IT skills.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for experienced social workers with robust safeguarding and child protection experience, who are confident with court proceedings. You will have a degree in Social Work and excellent skills in assessment and the ability to write concise records and reports.

We are also advertising for Grade 10 Social Workers, and we will consider candidates for this role if we believe their skills and experience are more suited to this grade.
