Project Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at ENWL. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for safely managing projects in accordance with scope, budget, programme, and quality constraints. This will involve ensuring project income and costs, as well as contract variations and changes, are controlled and actioned in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage on-site operational efficiency and performance of the ENWS and subcontractor construction teams
  • Ensure excellent customer service is delivered by the ENWS team
  • Adhere to the company's safety policy, codes of practice, and safety rules, as well as full CDM compliance
  • Provide regular progress reports to the Programme Manager
  • Discuss project issues with the ENWS Leadership team and potential solutions

Requirements

  • HNC/HND level qualification in a relevant subject (desirable)
  • Proven Project Management experience (essential)
  • Experience working in a customer-facing organisation (essential)
  • Experience in managing contractors and operating a term contract (essential)
  • Demonstrable leadership skills (essential)
  • Technical appreciation and knowledge of the LV Network (essential)
  • Hold an LV Authorisation or be willing to work towards it (desirable)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and numeracy skills (essential)
  • IT/mobile device literacy (essential)
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills (essential)
