About the Job

This Building Services Maintenance Coordinator position is an exciting opportunity to join our team and take on a key role in maintaining our residential properties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing all maintenance works at the asset, ensuring that all internal and external aspects of the buildings, amenities, common areas, public realm, and grounds are maintained to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completing all maintenance works at the asset
  • Ensuring adherence to building standards, health & safety, statutory compliance, repair & maintenance, and overall asset functionality
  • Supporting the building services maintenance and management regime to ensure mechanical, electrical, and other building services plant and equipment reach their expected life span

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience in a similar role, basic working knowledge of grounds/common area maintenance, service requests, and apartment preparation, and City & Guilds relevant qualification in Plumbing/Electrical installation.

Salary:

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
