About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Autism Support Specialist to join our team in providing person-centred support to individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs. The successful candidate will possess a calm and caring nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily care and support tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals we support, understanding their needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Empower independence by assisting with personal goals, encouraging creative exploration, and promoting social engagement.
