Digital Workplace Product Owner

The Digital Workplace Assistant Product Owner plays a critical role in the management and adoption of Digital Workplace products, driving productivity, collaboration, and communications across KPMG to deliver better client and internal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage product ownership activities for Digital Workplace products, working closely with Product Owners, Digital Labs, and other EWT teams to deliver impactful, compliant, secure, and cost-effective solutions and services.
- Work with the user community to ensure Digital Workplace products are used effectively and compliantly by all KPMG colleagues, and manage the product lifecycle to keep up to date with user requirements and product enhancements.
- Manage vendor relationships for products, ensuring seamless integration and support.
- Provide management and coordination for Digital Workplace projects, including upgrades to technologies and associated business change.
- Assist Product Owners with management activities for other Digital Workplace products, including leading on compliance and licensing requirements.
- Own the Digital Workplace reporting dashboard and processes, providing monthly reports of collaboration metrics to support communication of benefits and ongoing development and management of Digital Workplace activities.
- Manage stakeholders, including leadership, teams, and individuals across the UK, to understand the value of Digital Workplace products and how to use them, working with the Adoption team to develop and implement adoption strategies.
- Manage and resolve Digital Workplace support escalations, working closely with the KPMG Global Services collaboration support team.
- Strong overall knowledge and capability in Digital Workplace and how Digital Workplace technology improves business operations.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite and how component products are configured and managed to support business operations.
- Good understanding of other non-Microsoft Digital Workplace solutions.
- Experience of owning and driving usage of Digital Workplace tools in an enterprise context.
- Understanding of product ownership practices/methodologies and how they are applied to manage SaaS products supplied by vendors in an enterprise context.
- Good understanding of risk, security, and compliance considerations for use of Digital Workplace technologies in an enterprise context.
- Experience of managing projects and delivering against agreed scope and timelines.
- Fast and self-motivated learner, maintaining expertise in Digital Workplace tools and technology platforms, and product ownership practices.
- Strong communications and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines, and balance competing priorities effectively.
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as take own initiative and manage own workload.
