Lodge Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction for our homeowners.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance of the property, including scheduling and coordinating repairs and maintenance tasks
- Provide a first-class service to homeowners, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with a range of customers and suppliers, including contractors and maintenance teams
- Organize activities and events for homeowners, promoting a sense of community and social interaction
- Manage the administration of the development, including maintaining records and reports
- Experience of working in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living or social housing sector
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work with a range of customers and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
- Computer literate, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications
