GQR is a leading provider of Workday solutions and is seeking an experienced Workday Reporting and Analytics Expert to join their team. As a Workday Prism Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative reports and dashboards in Workday Prism to support key business decisions.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday HCM and/or Finance modules and experience in designing and developing complex Workday Prism reports and dashboards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs.
  • Design and implement complex Workday Prism reports, dashboards, and analyses.
  • Leverage advanced reporting techniques, including calculated fields and custom objects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Workday Prism.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Workday Prism.
  • Strong understanding of Workday HCM and/or Finance modules.
  • Proven ability to design and develop complex Workday Prism reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid Workday Prism Certification.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $115,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required. GQR offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
