Job Title: Corporate Counsel, Cross-border Transactions

A leading global organisation seeks an experienced corporate counsel to join their dynamic legal team at Taylor Root, working on cross-border transactions and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice and support to the business on cross border projects and investments, ensuring alignment with business strategies and minimisation of risks.
  • Draft, negotiate, and review complex legal contracts and documents, showcasing exceptional drafting skills.
  • Collaborate with internal departments on corporate governance, regulatory matters, and other initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of new laws, regulations, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to deliver practical solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a corporate/M&A lawyer in private practice or in-house.
  • Strong background in finance or capital markets, or equivalent expertise.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • A commercial mindset, focusing on delivering practical, business-friendly solutions.

Estimated Salary: £100,000 - £160,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
