About the Role

This is a hands-on, high-impact role that requires experience in enterprise risk management, specifically in the financial services industry. You will report directly to our Sr. Vice President, Business Operations, and be responsible for leading the development and ongoing maintenance of our Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and monitor the Enterprise Risk Management Framework across the organization.
  • Provide analysis and assessments that add value to executive management, the Board, and its Audit & Risk Committee.
  • Promote the adoption of the Risk Operating Model and a sound risk control environment.
  • Partner with business units to identify risks and conduct risk assessments and remediations.
  • Drive a balanced approach between business growth and risk management.
