Job Overview

Shared Services Partnership is seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to lead our Mental Health Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Emergency Duty Team, supervising staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to vulnerable adults.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Emergency Duty Team to provide out-of-hours services to residents across three boroughs.
  • Supervise and support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement new projects to enhance existing services and engage staff.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Social Work or a related field.
  • Experience in managing teams and coordinating services.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance.
