Pensions Consultant

Ardent is looking for a highly skilled Pension Consultant to join its established pensions practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of post-qualified experience and a strong focus on transactional and de-risking work.

The team advises an impressive portfolio of corporates, trustees, and investors on a range of pension issues. A mid to senior level pension associate with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail is required to support the team's growth.

We estimate that the salary for this role will be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising clients on pension-related matters
  • Supporting the team in transactional and de-risking work
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years post-qualified experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
