About the Role
Anderselite LTD is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance HVAC Specialist to maintain a building in the Bridgend area. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all HVAC equipment within the facility. This involves performing planned and preventative maintenance, as well as responding to emergency repairs in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building maintenance and hold relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning. They should also possess F-GAS 2079 CAT1 certification and be proficient in working at height using MEWPs. Additionally, they must be able to work effectively with the CAFM system via iPad.

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive hourly rate of £18.28 + Holiday pay or £23.19 umbrella. This is a temporary position until March 2025.
