Dental Receptionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team at The Dental Centre in London. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental professionals.
About the Role
- Fixed term contract for 9 months
- Full time hours
- Monday-Friday, occasional Saturday
Located in the heart of Euston, our practice provides convenient dentistry for the local community. We are committed to delivering high-quality patient care and are looking for someone who shares our values and passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental professionals
- Manage patient appointments, bookings, and records
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
- Previous front of house reception experience (ideally within a dental background with NHS knowledge)
- A positive attitude, empathetic, and well-organized
- The ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
- Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and service
