We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Venchr, a leading provider of workplace automation software. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for driving the direction of testing across our suite of products.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced QA professional to take on a leadership-focused role, working closely with our Head of Engineering to scale our QA team and dictate the direction of focus for the QA function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain our automation framework, leveraging tools such as Playwright, Jest, and Mocha.
  • Lead the adoption of new technologies and drive the direction of the QA function.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automated testing, with a strong background in JavaScript-centric codebases.
  • Excellent knowledge of testing frameworks and tools, including Playwright, Jest, and Mocha.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
