About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Postal Delivery Driver to join our team at Pertemps Cardiff. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers across the Cardiff area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort and deliver mail and parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Use a hand-held computer device to capture customer signatures and track deliveries
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
Requirements
  • A full UK manual driving licence with no more than six penalty points
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
