Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Scrub Nurse to join our team in Wokingham. As a Scrub Nurse, you will provide assistance and support to our consultant and clinical team in the delivery of all ophthalmic care. You will be responsible for managing theatre equipment, admitting and discharging patients, and adhering to clinical governance and NMC guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Scrub/ODP assistance and experience for clinical procedures.
  • Assist the consultant and clinical team in the delivery of all ophthalmic care.
  • Manage all the theatre equipment daily.
  • Admission and discharge of patients on theatre days.
  • Adhere to the principles of clinical governance and NMC or HCPC guidelines.
