Cleanliness and Hygiene Supervisor Role

Salary: Competitive (Estimated £38,000 - £48,000 per annum)

This role is accountable for overseeing the daily activities of the housekeeping department at Barchester Healthcare.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Provide guidance and support to housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Co-ordinate the purchase and stock management of cleaning materials to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
Essential Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar housekeeping management position.
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities to supervise a team.
  • Superb communication skills to interact with colleagues and other stakeholders effectively.
  • Detailed focus and commitment to quality to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
