Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing therapeutic relationships with patients by promoting the benefits of physical activity and supporting them to make positive lifestyle changes.

This role involves working closely with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver exercise programs that cater to the needs of our patients, while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and implement exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the clinical team
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient information in electronic medical records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve shared goals
• Maintain a safe and clean exercise environment

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A Level 3 (Advanced Instructors) qualification under the REPS scheme
• A first Aid certificate, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A thorough knowledge of diet and nutrition in health
