Manufacturing Site Leader

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Site Leader to lead our manufacturing site in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our factory, driving productivity and efficiency, and delivering high-quality products to our customers.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes that drive business results. A minimum of 10 years of experience in plant or operations management within the manufacturing industry is required.
You will also need to have in-depth knowledge of UK manufacturing processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. A strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management is also essential.
The salary for this position is estimated at £70,000 - £90,000 per year, depending on experience.
