Inside Sales Executive

Excelerate360 is a leading sales company providing expert business development and sales outsourcing services to B2B software and technology companies across the UK, Europe, and North America. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive to spearhead the launch of our client's product in Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and meet profit targets in the German-speaking regions of Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
- Develop and execute market entry strategies to ensure the brand's long-term growth and success.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through dynamic multi-channel lead generation, qualifying and nurturing inbound leads, and driving the sales process to a successful close.
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of success in Inside Sales, especially in selling fast-moving office equipment or similar products.
- Proven prospecting skills, with a strong track record of cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, and driving new business opportunities.
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas and delivering top-tier results.
- Strong phone presence, expertise in sales productivity tools, and online meeting platforms like Sales Navigator, MS Teams, Zoom, Webex, and MS Office.
- Experience working with CRM platforms like Salesforce.com, HubSpot, or similar.
- Exceptional communication skills, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent German and excellent English language skills.
