Job Opportunity

Cognizant is seeking an experienced EUC Engineer to join our Cloud Infrastructure & Security services practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional IT infrastructure and cloud services to our clients across various industry verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ChromeOS devices and Chrome Browser Enterprise Support using Admin console
  • Implement Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Onboarding / Enroll ChromeOS devices
  • Deploy enterprise policies and secure Chromebooks with device management
  • Manage Google workspace and Windows OS troubleshooting
  • Configure BIOS and manage Hardware Assets
  • Perform End to End Administration, Maintenance, Environment Refresh, and Housekeeping
  • Setup printers and print spoolers

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in ChromeOS device management, Chrome Browser Enterprise Support using Admin console
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Windows OS troubleshooting
  • BIOS configuration and Hardware Assets management knowledge
  • Experience in working in a support team and rotational On-call support
