Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at Tesco in Banbridge Extra. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store with a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and company policies.
Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, contributing to a positive and inclusive store atmosphere.
Requirements
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing store needs.
Basic knowledge of store operations and procedures, with a willingness to learn and develop skills.
