Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Tax Manager to join our team at IPS Finance. As a Personal Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of high-net-worth private clients and driving the success of our tax department.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a diverse portfolio of personal and trust tax clients, including those with complex or contentious affairs
- Review tax returns and other work produced by less experienced team members
- Provide clients with proactive, efficient, and cost-effective taxation services that meet their needs and those of regulatory authorities
- Day-to-day involvement in training and coaching less experienced team members
- Line management and mentoring of staff
- Research and draft private client and employment tax advice
- Work with and report to the Senior Management and Partner team to manage the team and review processes and improve efficiency and systems
