Job Title: Acquisition Sales Representative

At ENGINEERINGUK, we are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Acquisition Sales Representative. As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service and selling our products to bring new customers to Virgin Media O2.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with prospective customers at their doorstep to connect them with our cutting-edge products and services.
  • Work in a target-driven role, achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Participate in in-depth training to develop quality conversations with customers and set yourself up for success.

Requirements:

  • A UK driving license with no more than 8 points.
  • A positive, winning attitude and self-motivation to hit agreed sales targets.

What We Offer:

  • A basic salary of £25,000 (pro-rata for part-time positions).
  • Uncapped commission, with top advisors earning £50k - £70k per year (pro-rata).
  • Car allowance: pro-rata for part-time employees.
  • 25 days' annual leave, UK bank holidays, and your birthday off (pro-rata).
  • An excellent pension scheme, matching up to 10%.
  • Employee BUPA medical cover, health care plan, and life assurance.
