Aviation Stores Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Aviation Stores Operative at Gulfstream Farnborough. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of products throughout the hangar stores environment.

• Complete daily MHE safety checks and perform assigned tasks, including picking, goods receiving, checking, loading and unloading of vehicles, and hygiene.
• Operate Warehouse Management Systems (Corridor) in accordance with task-based work instructions and SOPs.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement projects and ideas.
• Adhere to company standards as detailed in the Code of Conduct Policy.
• Undertake any other duties that may be assigned and support the compliance of KPIs.

• Understanding of warehouse practices, including picking, packing and loading.
• PC literate and understanding of KPIs.
• Customer service experience, with Corridor/SAP experience preferred.
• Full driving license and forklift license (training will be provided).
• Medical fitness to hold Airside Drivers Permit, drive company vehicles and operate lifting equipment (MHE).
• Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
• Used to working in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and committed to attending work on time.
• Good communication skills, written and verbal.
• Accuracy and attention to detail, methodical and organized.
