Digital Health Strategy Director

Ideal Health is a leading digital health consultancy, supporting healthcare organizations at all stages of their digital journey from strategic planning, through to business case development, mobilization, implementation, and optimization.
As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking a seasoned Digital Health Strategy Director to join our team in a senior leadership role.
The successful candidate will be a senior member of our management team, responsible for the following key areas:
Project Oversight - Ensuring the timely delivery of all projects, with a consistent and effective approach, working closely with clients and delivery teams.
Client Engagement - Advising clients on solutions to meet their requirements, collaborating with the client engagement team, contributing to bids and proposals, creating marketing collateral, and writing engaging content for blogs, posts, and website updates.
Talent Development - Building and maintaining a pool of senior consultants to provide subject matter expertise and lead on projects.
Business Development - Networking with potential clients, stakeholders, influencers, and partners across the industry to build relationships, identify opportunities, and promote the business.
Market Intelligence - Staying ahead of market trends to inform the strategic direction of the business.
We are seeking an ambitious individual with broad digital health knowledge at a senior level, across acute and other care settings. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience across a range of digital health areas, including strategy, implementation, and optimization.
- Project and program management experience.
- Commercial experience within digital health.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at a senior level.
- A strong network of contacts within the digital health sector.
- A structured approach with the ability to think and plan tactically and creatively, and to prioritize work programs in the face of competing demands.
