Join Our Team as a Fitness Education Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Fitness Education Specialist to join our team at Love Recruitment Ltd. As a Fitness Education Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering and assessing high-quality courses in accordance with standards, awarding organisation, and inspection expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and assess courses in a variety of settings, including sport and exercise.
- Ensure full compliance with planning and evaluation requirements, including lesson plans and schemes of work.
- Guide learners through their portfolio, enabling them to complete units accurately and on time.
Requirements:
- Senior experience of teaching and delivery in a number of settings, including sport and exercise.
- Level 2 Gym Instructor QCF qualification.
- Level 3 Personal Training QCF qualification.
- Minimum Level 3 Award in Education and Training.
- Availability to work weekends.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Level 2 / 3 / 4 in Delivering, Information, Advice, and Guidance.
- Level 3 Assessors Award.
- Level 3 / 4 SEN Qualification.
