Clinical Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Nurse to lead and coordinate the quality and management of nursing care for children and young people in our specialist In-patient Eating Disorder service.
About the RoleIn this challenging yet rewarding role, you will work within a team that includes a range of professionals to support children and young people with an Eating Disorder. You will be responsible for the clinical environment where you will provide leadership to your peers and manage the clinical services throughout the wards and units.
You will have access to the Elysium Wellbeing team, which is on hand to keep you feeling great; be it a chat, or group activities. There are also career development opportunities, with a huge range of courses that will help you grow and succeed.
Requirements- A recognised qualification in Mental Health Nursing (RMN), Learning Disability Nursing (RNLD) or equivalent
- Leadership skills and experience in a similar setting from the NHS or private sector
- NVQ Assessor Qualification
- Estimated salary £38,000 per annum, plus a £5,000 welcome bonus
