Head of Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team at Endsleigh Insurance Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering operational business support services and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our external business partnerships and internal colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- New Business and Renewal Underwriting Referrals: You will be responsible for managing new business and renewal underwriting referrals, ensuring that all referrals are properly documented and processed in a timely manner.
- Policy Risk Management Statistics: You will be responsible for producing and analyzing policy risk management statistics, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and implementing changes to mitigate risks.
- Rate Card Management and Declaration Production: You will be responsible for managing rate card production and declaration, ensuring that all rate cards are up-to-date and accurate.
- Regulatory, Distribution, and Administrative Business Support: You will provide regulatory, distribution, and administrative business support to our external business partnerships and internal colleagues.
- New Business and Renewal Policy Administration: You will be responsible for administering new business and renewal policies, including policy documentation production and maintenance.
- Monthly Sales Declaration Management and Invoicing: You will be responsible for managing monthly sales declarations and invoicing, ensuring that all invoices are accurate and paid on time.
- Training and Process Documentation Production and Maintenance: You will be responsible for producing and maintaining training and process documentation, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
- Operational Support to Partnership Development Managers/Executives: You will provide operational support to our Partnership Development Managers/Executives, ensuring that all operational tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Compliance and Financial Stability Checking: You will be responsible for conducting compliance and financial stability checks on our external business partnerships, ensuring that all partnerships are compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Microsoft Package Knowledge: You will have a strong knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Data-Driven Role: You will have a proven ability to work in a data-driven role, using Excel to at least an intermediate level.
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills: You will have strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- GCSE Maths and English: You will have a GCSE in Maths and English (or equivalent).
