The Russell Taylor Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician to join their team in Deeside. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

This is a fixed night shift role, working Sunday to Thursday 10pm to 6am each week. The successful candidate will have previous experience in machine operating and be able to prioritize and plan workload effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of production line operations and be able to communicate effectively with shift engineers to facilitate prompt reactions to malfunctions. Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining high standards of equipment cleanliness and performing routine checks on machinery.

We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum, plus benefits including a great holiday package, healthcare, company products to take home, discounted gym membership, and company subsidised social events.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and test production lines
  • Communicate with shift engineers to facilitate prompt reaction to malfunctions
  • Maintain all machinery and equipment in excellent condition
  • Check solvent levels when needed
